Index has launched its first fitness smart band

Index has launched its first fitness smart band called FitRist in India. The company has priced the device at Rs 999. 

• On the specifications front, the Index FitRist features a 0.86-inch OLED display with 96x32 pixels resolution and is compatible with Android 4.3 or Above and iOS 7 or Above. 
• The device offers Bluetooth connectivity and a long lasting battery backup of 12 hours.
• The fitness band also provides notifications for incoming calls, and enable users to control music and use it as a remote shutter for the smartphone camera. 
• the device water- resistant and splash proof.
